Flautas – Roasted, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, spices, and sharp cheddar cheese rolled into flour tortillas, sautéed to a golden brown and garnished with a fresh pico de gallo I’m sure that many of you have heard about and seen flautas…but not like these. We saute them in clarified butter giving them a flavor and texture that is unrivaled.

Jefe’s Torta – Slow-roasted Cuban-style pork, cooked with garlic, onions, lime juice and herbs piled high and served on torta buns garnished with shredded cabbage marinated in a lemon vinaigrette and finished off with our own *Moleque sauce, sweet tangy just right spicy sauce. Served with sweet potato fries.

Josie’s Torta – Grilled marinated pounded out chicken breast, Provolone cheese, sliced ham, avocado, tomato and onion garnished with our chipotle cream sauce served on toasted torta bread and served with sweet potato fires

Dobladitas – House made corn masa turnovers stuffed with cheese, onion, and roasted red bell peppers, fried, then topped with a fresh tomato sauce and pico de gallo salsa. Dobladas means “doubled over”. Their culinary heart is from Guatemala. Kids and adults alike fight over that caramelized gooey cheese… 

Jose’s Torta  – Thin-sliced, marinated, breaded beef, with avocado, fresh mexican cheese, tomato, avocado, scrambled egg, chorizo, mayonnaise and a slice of cooked ham. This torta is the inspiration of Jose who is versed in the street foods of Mexico City. It is a beast! It is a torta layered with more stuff than you probably would normally imagine.  

Black Bean Sopes – Corn masa cakes baked on a comal covered with rich cumin scented black beans, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, marinated cabbage,  garnished with pico de gallo and sour cream

Cuban Pork Sweet Potato Fries – Organic sweet potato fries seasoned with our special spice mix, topped with our slow roasted Cuban style pulled pork and garnished with our chipotle cream, pico de gallo and sour cream

Seasonal Soup – We’ll be mixing this up depended on availability. We’ve featured a Savory Sweet potato garnished with roasted pasilla chiles; a rich dairy based Plantain Soup; a vegetarian Hominy Stew; the hits keep on coming

Sweet Potato Fries – Hand-cut sweet potatoes served with our own yummy lime chili aioli

Lemon Marinated Cabbage – Shredded cabbage, dressed with a lime chili vinaigrette

Pico de Gallo – Chopped fresh tomato, jalapeno chili, onion cilantro and a touch of olive oil – we consider this one mild

Salsa Sabrosa – Grilled chile jalapeño, serrano, guerrero, japonés, tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs – we consider this one medium spicy not mild but not hot hot

Salsa Verde – Tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeño, onion and a touch of garlic – relatively mild

Chile Escabeche – Seasonally available chiles, onions, garlic, and carrots pickled in vinegar, spices, and herbs

Moleque A sweet tangy mix of dried chiles, roasted tomato, pumpkin seeds, cashews, garlic, onion, molasses, spices, herbs, vinegar, and mustard – we consider this to be tangy but not hot

Coconut Flan A creamy, sweet coconut custard topped with caramelized sugar
